Steven Ringstad grew up playing hockey in Seattle. He played for the Norpac Seattle Totems followed by the Yellowstone Quake. After volunteering as a student coach from the ages of 16 – 20, he started coaching at the age of 23. He later served as the head coach of the SJHA Bantam AA boys’ team. Recently, Ringstad was an assistant coach of the Everett Hornets Tier 2 Midget boys under Shaun Miller. Ringstad strongly believes in giving back to the game of hockey.
