All WWFHA members, please join us for the Season Kickoff, featuring 2006 Olympian, Kelly Stephens Tysland as the keynote speaker - Off Ice Training.

Note: please wear your team jacket, team apparel or practice jersey!

More about Kelly

Kelly is an accomplished elite athlete. 

Kelly grew up in Shoreline, WA and was recruited to the University of Minnesota where she was instrumental in leading her team to two national hockey championships.

Just after graduation, Kelly was selected as a member of the 2006 US Olympic Women's Ice Hockey Team, where she earned a bronze medal in Turino, Italy.

Kelly works for Experience Momentum in Lynnwood, WA. They educate, support and empower their clients to create breakthroughs in their lives -- whether recovering from an injury, improving fitness levels or creating enriching relationships.  They provide innovative physical and massage therapy, nutrition, and fitness services for positive lifestyle changes.
