On Friday November 1st, 2013, the Washington Wild 19U Dev team attended the Everett Silvertips’ game against the Brandon Wheat Kings. Joel Anderson of the Silvertips provided the team with great group seats next to the Silvertips bench for a great price! We were introduced on the Jumbotron, and, during the second intermission, we had the privilege of riding the Zamboni while it cleaned the ice. Our team had a lot of fun. The Silvertips lost 6-3 to the Wheat Kings even after outplaying them in the third period. Despite the loss, all of us had a great time in an amazing team bonding experience! We enjoyed cheering for the Silvertips and just being with our teammates. We hope to go back soon to another game and participate in another great night at the rink!
