Wild Things Program - Learn to Play Hockey

OVERVIEW - WILD THINGS PROGRAM

Western Washington Female Hockey Association (WWFHA)'s Wild Things Program is a Learn to Play hockey program for girls who want to play and learn hockey in an all-girls environment.

This program is designed to help girls join a team as quickly as they want to! Wild Things is open to girls from 4-17 years old.

Players take the Wild Things class one time per week, and in addition, they have the option to join their age group for one practice each week to meet the coaches and other girls in preparation for joining one of our league teams.

WWFHA creates a supportive and positive girl-centric environment for learning the skills, techniques, concepts and strategies of the female hockey game in a fun and entertaining way! Come join us on the ice!

A QUOTE FROM A PARENT ABOUT THE PROGRAM

"... the Wild coaches were amazing with the first-time skaters – so encouraging, patient and helpful -- they specialized in helping girls that were on the ice for the first time. By the second practice she was feeling better and more comfortable and it was a different story -- she had a blast.

I was even more impressed with how my oldest excelled in all-girl hockey."
