Conditioning with Engineered Sports

Hockey Performance Conditioning & Training / PT by Engineered Sports

WWFHA partners with Engineered Sports, a sports-healthcare facility dedicated to establishing a higher system of performance training and rehabilitation.

Engineered Sports directs some pre-practice and -game off-ice sessions for Washington Wild teams, and works with individual players and teams in private or group sessions to enhance the players' game through conditioning.

They pioneer advanced levels of performance physical therapy and sports conditioning, setting the standard as leaders in Western Washington by establishing the first performance training facility of its kind that integrates physical therapists, sports performance coaches, athletic trainers, nutritionists and massage therapists, all under one roof.

Engineered Sports works to bridge the gap between injury and performance. This strategy is unique to today’s traditional rehabilitation models which often fail to complete the entire rehab process; the point at which the athlete is back competing at their sport. Engineered Sports has the expertise, the facility and the performance equipment necessary to complete this process, ensuring that Washington Wild athletes can safely and effectively reintegrated back onto the ice without restrictions.
